PK 11 Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Users

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on PK 11 or using any part of the platform — including browsing, depositing, betting or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PK 11. They apply to all use of the platform, including access through the PK 11 mobile app, the website and any other channel through which PK 11 services are made available.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PK 11 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 11 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended PK 11 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from registering with or using the platform.

PK 11 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access or delays to withdrawal processing.

03 Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one PK 11 account. If multiple accounts are found to be registered to the same person, PK 11 may merge, suspend or permanently close those accounts and withhold any bonuses obtained through the duplicate registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PK 11 will treat all activity carried out through your login as having been performed by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact our support team immediately via live chat.

PK 11 will never contact you asking for your password or full payment card details. Any communication claiming to be from PK 11 requesting such information should be treated as suspicious and reported to us promptly.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your PK 11 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via Pakistan's national payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank transfers; processing time may vary.
• Debit/Credit Cards — subject to card issuer acceptance.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment wallets as listed in your account deposit section.

PK 11 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method you use must belong to you personally. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where that method supports outgoing transfers. If that method is not available for withdrawals, our support team will assist you with an alternative.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account identity verification must be complete.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met.
• Your withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to your chosen payment method.
• There must be no open security review or investigation on your account.

PK 11 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted, subject to verification status and payment method processing times. Bank transfers may take additional business days to reflect in your bank account after PK 11 has initiated the transfer.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PK 11 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules, where they apply, are published within the relevant section of the sportsbook.

• A bet is accepted and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Until that confirmation is displayed, your bet has not been placed.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• PK 11 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that were published as a result of a technical error and that do not reflect the intended market price.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified by PK 11's settlement rules, bets on that event will be settled according to the applicable sport rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning your stake.
• For cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — a minimum number of overs must be completed for certain markets to be settled. These minimums are displayed in the market information for each bet type.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance delay. PK 11 does not guarantee that every in-play bet request will be accepted; markets may be suspended during key moments in a match.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and apply regardless of the number of selections in an accumulator.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

PK 11 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses for new depositors, reload bonuses for existing players and enhanced odds offers on selected cricket and football markets. All active promotions are listed on the Promotions page with their specific terms clearly set out.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per customer, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
• PK 11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once credited to your account, a bonus remains valid for its stated period.
• Certain bet types, sports or markets may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions. These exclusions, where applicable, are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

08 VIP Programme

The PK 11 VIP Programme rewards consistent players across both the sportsbook and casino. Points are accumulated through real-money betting and gaming activity. The number of points earned per PKR wagered varies by product and is displayed within the VIP section of your account.

• VIP tier upgrades are assessed periodically based on cumulative points and overall activity. Tier requirements and the benefits associated with each level are published on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits may include higher deposit and withdrawal limits, dedicated account management, priority support and access to exclusive promotions.
• PK 11 reserves the right to adjust VIP tiers, point values and associated benefits at any time. Existing earned points will not be retroactively removed except in cases of account breach.
• VIP status and accumulated points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the platform's reward structure.

09 User Conduct

All users of PK 11 are expected to engage with the platform in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to place bets, access markets or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over manual users.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or platform bugs to place bets at clearly incorrect odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Coordinating with other users to place bets in a manner designed to manipulate markets, guarantee outcomes or circumvent bonus terms — commonly referred to as matched betting abuse or bonus abuse.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification or in any communication with the PK 11 support team.
• Attempting to access another user's account, the platform's backend systems or any data that is not intended for your access.

PK 11 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with these prohibited behaviours. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended, have bets voided and have balances reviewed prior to any withdrawal being processed.

10 Fraud & Abuse Prevention

PK 11 takes the integrity of the platform seriously. Any activity that PK 11 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, collusion or match-fixing will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was used for betting constitutes fraudulent activity. PK 11 will pursue recovery of funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one PK 11 account, whether in your own name or through another person, is treated as fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, borrowed or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit is a criminal offence. PK 11 cooperates with payment providers and law enforcement in investigating such activity.

11 Privacy & Data

PK 11 collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of the platform's services. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used and your rights in relation to that data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and PK 11.

By creating a PK 11 account you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. If you do not consent to the processing of your data as described, you should not create an account.

12 Responsible Gaming

PK 11 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. Betting is intended as a form of entertainment and should always be kept within personal budgets and time limits that you are comfortable with.

• Deposit limits can be set within your account settings to cap your weekly or monthly spending at a level you decide in advance.
• Self-exclusion is available for players who feel they need a break. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality check reminders can be configured to notify you of the time spent on the platform during a session.
• PK 11 urges all users who feel that their betting is causing financial or personal stress to use these tools and to seek support from independent organisations that provide gambling counselling.

13 Limitation of Liability

PK 11 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the maximum extent permitted, PK 11's liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. PK 11 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from your use of the platform.

PK 11 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, from the use of your account by a third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials, or from your failure to read and understand these terms before placing bets or claiming promotions.

14 Changes to These Terms

PK 11 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform, by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the website prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after a change to these terms has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account options.

The date at the top of this page always reflects when these terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you are aware of any changes that affect your use of PK 11.
